Hi! My name is Erica and this is my food and nutrition blog. I am a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Medical Nutrition Therapist and Certified Lactation Counselor. I started Edible Suggestions because I love food and nutrition, and I want to help others love it too. The word edible means non-poisonous and safe to eat, which is what I want this blog to be: non-poisonous suggestions. That means you will not find any fad diets or get skinny quick gimmicks here.
